MY STORY

Why Claire Morley Biology Academy?

Hi, I’m Claire, a qualified science teacher from the UK, where I have taught at secondary schools, sixth form colleges and even the grammar school where Sir Issac Newton was once taught.

I spent some of my career teaching in renowned British International schools in amazing countries. My first placement was at the Harrow International School of Beijing, when COVID broke out I solo-travelled and hiked around the USA and Costa Rica.

While pausing on the Costa Rican coast, I hit jackpot when I was offered a job at an oversubscribed school in the Cayman Islands, Caribbean.
I have since returned to the UK to start my own business and raise my daughter surrounded by my family.

Over the years, I have gained experience teaching and tutoring GCSE and A-level biology for the following exam boards: AQA, Salters Nuffield A, Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), International Edexcel and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

I have tutored alongside my teaching career since 2014 and am often fully booked. I like to get to know my students and hone in on what they’re struggling with in their studies.
